Nathan running vests are made for trail running and marathons. With long runs in mind, our hydration vests provide easy access to hydration. We advise running vests with bigger water bladders for the longest runs.
If you are planning to run 2-3 hours, we recommend a vest with 2-4 liter capacity. Running up to 6 hours will require a vest with a capacity of 4-12 liters. If you are running more than 6 hours, we recommend a vest with at least 6 liters of hydration capacity.
Our water bladders are designed to prevent bouncing, even our biggest bladders will make running with water feel like great.
All our vests not only contain space for a water bladder, we also provide easy access front pockets for added space where you can store additional liquids and nutrition bars for your long runs. The front pockets can are a great combo with our soft flasks, easy and comfortable to drink.
