See and Be Seen

When running at night or with low light conditions, safety and feeling comfortable come first. It’s easy to miss a single runner on the road, so make sure you’re visible. If you’re running in the early morning or at night or even at dusk, dress in light and use a reflective vest. Take LED Lights with you to be visible for the oncoming traffic. By using our Nathan Headlamps or waist lamps, you are visible and you are able to see the road at the same time. Check out our wide selection.

Be safe

The NATHAN SaferRun Alarm is a tiny siren can alert others in case of an incident. In case of emergency, a quick pull of the rip cord triggers a 120 dB alarm alerting passers-by and discouraging potential assailants. Audible from over 180 meters and as loud as an ambulance siren. In case of emergency, a quick pull of the rip cord triggers the alarm alerting passers-by and discouraging potential assailants. Find more safety tips for running alone on our blog.
